When my father passed away, I found a bunch of artwork that he had drawn before he was drafted into the military and off to Vietnam. The owner was so very kind and gracious first and foremost. Secondly, her work is amazing. She was so very knowledgeable and quite helpful. A very patriotic and passionate woman who loves our military folks as well as locals. i recently got some work done here and i was extremely disappointed in the work i received and unfortunately the older german lady did not help at all her attitude was so unwelcoming and RUDE i felt so uncomfortable as if a paying customer didn’t deserve respect It’s very clear that customer service was not important to them all or at least the German lady did not care! Bea is professional, creative, courteous and goes out of her way for her customers. She has framed the majority of the decor in my home including cross-stitching, crocheted project from childhood and pictures. Highly recommend. To the former reviewer complaining about the parking situation, shame on you for picking on a nice old lady with a broken ankle. Grab a crayon, read your lease and contact your landlord with any issues. Sheesh
The owner is SUPER rude. She has threatened to have my car towed numerous times despite there being NO signs indicating specific parking spots for the entire building. She will not leave you alone and will harass you if you don’t immediately move your car. She even left signs on my car like an insane person?? ***I would like to edit to say that I am a PAYING CUSTOMER of an establishment in this shopping plaza****
