I ordered the parts from Henri I explained that it was an appointment to float the docks and then needed the parts by the middle of April a week went by and on the second week I called to check the status and they informed me that the order was never placed by their vendor from Canada and then explained the need for the parts again and for them to do whatever they could do to expedite it, and I would even pay for expedited shipping.
