My experience with Custom Fireplaces has been absolutely wonderful. Cyndi is so fun, knowledgeable, creative and above all kind. She helped me with her staff Darrell, contractor Butch, and helper Aaron. They all went out of their way to make my experience, exceptionally outstanding ! My fireplace would start and shut off suddenly. I replaced the wall switch but did not solve the problem. I called Cyndi and she set up a service appointment for the next day. I was so pleased to find that it was a loose wire and could be immediately resolved. Custom Fireplaces has great customer service and are very thorough in researching issues. On January 6, 2025 I left a message asking if they could make repairs on my fireplace because I have a different brand than what they sell. The owner contacted me, she was very nice and knowledgeable about her products. Even though my fireplace was made in 2000 she was still able to find an original Pilot Assembly Part. Darryl arrived a few days later to replace and clean the fireplace. He was punctual, courteous and immediately got to work.
