I had Cyndi and Darrel(Sorry if thats misspelled) out to do a Fireplace inspection at my house. They were on time, informative, and very understanding of my situation. I can not recommend them enough if you need a fireplace inspected.
I had an excellent experience with Custom Fireplaces from start to finish. The first time I called, Cyndi answered the phone and was incredibly helpful. She provided clear information and took the time to teach me about our propane fireplace, which I truly appreciated. She arranged for Darryl to come out the very next day to evaluate the issue. I highly recommend Custom Fireplaces by RMF. I contacted them via Yelp and had a response and service within < 24 hours. A defective part was ordered, express shipped (at my request) and installed within 2 business days - over the holidays! The “standard” service call was above and beyond any service provided by another local business. Look no where else. This company is exceptional! I have already signed up for yearly service.
