My 4 year old was so excited to get on one of the bounce houses. He saw one without a line and started to climb up. The attendant decided that using words like an adult and saying "hold on" "don't go up yet" was too hard and instead just grabbed the collar of my son and yanked him when he tried to climb up. Literally disgusting behavior. If you are a company that deals with kids, hire people that can deal with kids. My son got so scared and sad and just kept saying, "I want to go home."

This is a joke for your event it is not a professional events organization company. Out because my kids wanted to enjoy of their attractions they started talking between each other and telling them to do the job and the other one laughing about it. These people or needs to be trained for these events or just fire and higher new ones because this is a straight joke.

Events at schools are great for young kids. The one issue I had was the rather inattentive operators. A train ride had shift change while it was loaded up for some reason and took long enough for a kid to jump in the front and try to start the thing before another parent stopped them. Its a decent price for kids to do something while at school but the operators just buried in their phones is a bit odd.
