I chose this shop to replace the foam in my couch cushions because of the excellent customer service. They responded same day to my inquiry. I delivered the cushions on Sat at 11 AM. I was met at the door by two friendly and helpful gentlemen. The owner was clearly very busy and he stopped everything to come and assess the job. He asked me to return in 4 hours.
