I chose this shop to replace the foam in my couch cushions because of the excellent customer service. They responded same day to my inquiry. I delivered the cushions on Sat at 11 AM. I was met at the door by two friendly and helpful gentlemen. The owner was clearly very busy and he stopped everything to come and assess the job. He asked me to return in 4 hours. Very pleased with the service provided by CD Custom Design! Had cushions replaced with firm foam inserts as well as springs repaired on my loveseat. Response time was excellent and it was a quick turnaround! A pleasant experience all round!
