Bought an IKEA couch for home delivery, received no 30 minute notice on the (what I thought was) first attempt and the callbox was never attempted either; the only notice I was given was a single phone call which I missed by 2 minutes because of a work meeting. We ordered a couch from IKEA with a specific delivery window, so I took time off work to be home for it. However, the delivery driver claimed the delivery failed because “no one was home” and said he called us—which is simply not true. First, the proof photo he submitted was of a completely different house with the wrong address. Second, we received no phone call—there is no record of any missed calls. Absolutely horrible delivery service! The washer tower they delivered was scratched all over and then they destroyed my plumbing with " my tools" in a feeble attempt to hook them up/ white glove delivery from Costco.ca. They didn't even bring tools. The one guy was rude and argued with us over the damage they caused during their delivery. We had to have the unit replaced. Costco ensured us they won't use these peeps again...
