Just a quick note to let everyone know how much I appreciate Custom Cruzers Premium E-Bikes. I will try to keep this short but there is a bit of a back story. I live in the Chicago suburbs and in my area I have 2 types of bike shops, those that are very "snooty" and really don't do much to make the armature riders feel comfortable and those that are so busy it is hard to get timely service.
