BEST PET STORE SAGINAW EVER HAD
We've purchased a few different animals from here and the staff has always been kind, knowledgeable, and really care about their jobs... Had an unfortunate experience with a bearded dragon baby but the owner has more than offered to rectify the situation... would recommend
Extremely disappointed in this place. My family and I bought a rabbit this past weekend. We did our research before getting the bunny but didn’t know it could die due to a new environment and stress. When we brought the bunny home we woke up the next morning and it had died. So we called custom and they said they could give us a new bunny. So we bought two bunny’s who were brothers. Absolutely amazing owner and staff who truly care about the animals and their well being. My daughter and I have been researching for ages on a very specific and rare-ish type of snake. The owner was able to special order our new family member and she is the absolute sweetest, well adjusted, friendly and healthy snake baby.
