Great place to work!!!!
Not good place, I lost lots of money, because they changed order size and my load got canceled, after driving 3 hrs for pic up! This is ridiculous, I have no words to express my feelings....
They reached out via email right after I ordered to say thanks which was perfect since I'd made a mistake on my shipping address and was able to correct it directly without going through searching for the order and making the correction the long way around
Never received the carry bag with my initial order. It was lost in transit and ultimately returned to the company. They decided to charge me shipping for a second time if I wanted to receive the product I paid for that they were unable to deliver the first time. Horrible customer service policy!
Purchased a new cover for my massage chair since my previous one was stolen. It didn't fit at all and it was the only option. Cost a pretty penny to ship here and back which apparently is the responsibility of the customer. ($40 alone on shipping). That's really a shame, I won't be doing business with this dealer in the future.
