Super wonderful people to pick up a load! Very easy trucker directions: From I-5, take Hwy 126 East. Go 5.8 miles. At light, turn right on 52nd St. Go around the curve, it becomes G St. Go 0.4 mi. Turn right on 48th St. Bear left. Follow fence line all the way around the west side to the north side of building. There are purple signs with arrows on the fence every 100 ft. Great place to work!!!!
Not good place, I lost lots of money, because they changed order size and my load got canceled, after driving 3 hrs for pic up! This is ridiculous, I have no words to express my feelings....
They reached out via email right after I ordered to say thanks which was perfect since I'd made a mistake on my shipping address and was able to correct it directly without going through searching for the order and making the correction the long way around
Never received the carry bag with my initial order. It was lost in transit and ultimately returned to the company. They decided to charge me shipping for a second time if I wanted to receive the product I paid for that they were unable to deliver the first time. Horrible customer service policy!
