Marilyn was great to deal with when I needed a ring resized. She was quick to reply, ran through the whole process with me and the resize was speedy too. I sent my ring for resize and received it within one week. The quote was reasonable and I'm very happy with the job. On receipt, the center stone was loose and Marilyn was quick to respond and I sent it back for tightening and it was rectified and turned back quickly to me. They are great to work with and I would highly recommend their services!

Excellent service and reasonable prices. Had one of my rings replated and it was done within the hour. Will definitely come back in the future. Charlotte was very knowledgeable and provided all of the needed information. On a side note, her handwriting is incredible!
