They source out the transportation and that company (Citadel Charter and Tours) has been amazing to work with but Custom Bourbon Tours themselves, not so much. They have a huge lack of communication. I have been calling twice a day for two weeks with no response and when I email I rarely get a response back and when I do, it's almost less than a sentence with little to no detail. Avoid this company. We missed out on half of the tours due to their staff and they did not refund us anything.

Had a private full day tour for 3 of us with driver / guide Tim. The company planned and pre-booked all our tours / tastings and were super helpful in making everything work for us with where we wanted to visit and what we wanted to do. When it came to the day itself, we could not have asked for a better driver and host in Tim! As well as being super knowledgeable about the area and bourbon, he took us to an extra stop for dinner to make sure we got to try a Hot Brown and I'm still drooling about this months later! Amazing experience, so much better having a private tour for not much more than a group tour. Our driver, Tim, made the day perfect with his great local knowledge!
