Dan and his team at Customer Automation were absolutely incredible! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. They installed our audio and TV setup flawlessly, making everything seamless and easy to use. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service. If we ever build again, my first and only call for AV needs will be to Dan.
We moved into a home with a theater set up but was struggling to use it. Dan explained everything to us, simplified it and set us up with a universal remote to make it all so easy to use. He did a great job mounting our other TVs, making sure everything was level and clean. He’s extremely knowledgeable and let us know all the costs up front. Hire him and you’ll be in good hands!

Dan and his cohort did an amazing job mounting the 77" tv above the fireplace. They also added a power outlet behind the tv so all wires are hidden! Looks amazing and they laid out pads on the brand new carpet during install which I really appreciated. They respect you and your home and treat it that way.
