Walked in to repair an older Bose desktop system that previously belong to my dad that I was passing down to my son but was not playing on one side. Spoke to Jr and he understood the issue and started working on it immediately. He called an hour later and detailed the issue and the steps he took to fix it! I had my functioning system back in just over an hour and was able to test it before I left. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Tony Jr. Is highly technical and you can see he takes pride in his workmanship. I had an amplifier installed on my 2015 Indian Roadmaster as a replacement for another that had been previously installed. Jumar audio in Pharr (stay away from them) installed it and totally did a Frankenstein job and was getting horrible sound, Tony was able to diagnose the issue and correctly wired my speakers and amplifier. Highly recommend them and will be going back for my truck audio install!!!!

Had great response on first phone call and appointment but unable to reach after several attempts to get suggestions and estimate. They said they had sent it via email but I never received it.
Had a great experience with this establishment. The owner, family and staff was super friendly to me and my family. The owner actually took time to explain how the audio system works. My kids and I listen to every word he said, it was super knowledgeable. The work was done quickly. I highly recommend this business.
