She made a slipcover for my sofa and it really is very nice but she has had my fabric to make a slipcover for a chair for a couple years, and now I know that she is totally out of business at least her spot where she had an office is gone I'm totally disillusioned I've been trying to get ahold of her for months on end and she never returns a phone call do not use this person the results are not good I shouldn't have to wait a couple of years to get a slipcover
I should start by saying I’m a repeat customer. Charlene made some patio cushions for me many years ago. I was quite pleased with her work so was ecstatic when I called to ask if she worked with leather and the answer was yes. She provided an estimated completion date of 2 weeks. Was it done in 2 weeks, no but it was an estimate and she was done not very long after that. She did a phenomenal job and at an EXTREMELY reasonable price. Excellent workmanship. Charlene was very easy to deal with. She is a one woman shop and if you are not in a hurry, she is the person to go to for your upholstery needs. Very pleased With her work. I highly recommend Cushions, etc.
It took a year to get a reupholstered sofa back from Cushions Etc. Extremely poor customer service. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
