All seemed fine. Placed order in August 2021 and the cushions arrived by October. Within 18 months the fabric had started to yellow and the seams were coming undone. I contacted CushionKings in June 2023 and they strung me along for 6 months, telling me Sunbrella was holding up the warranty replacement. I contacted Sunbrella directly and they had no record of a warranty claim from CushionKings. Sunbrella reached out to CushionKings distributer on my behalf and expedited the claim. Placed order in November full payment. When you call them you never get a live person-leave a message. Finally responded to email in early February "we are shipping your order this week". It is now mid-March and have not received order.. Have tried calling and emailing them-never a response other than the one lie they told me last month that they were shipping that week. Starting to think this is a scam and will never see my order or my money back. Stay away
I ordered 2 cushions to replace old ones on patio chairs. I found the website easy to use to choose correct size and foam material for cushions. I am very happy with the cushions. Time will tell how they hold up but they seem to be of very good quality. What I didn't like was the fabric I chose was no longer available but they put my payment through anyway. I ordered cushions 3 months ago and have not received any cushions or meaningful update. Stay away from this site. I'm not sure if I'll be able to get my money back.
Order is way past promised delivery. Company lied to me and said order was in production in early December. I will now begin the process of getting a refund (dispute credit card charge) and reporting this company to the BBB and Attorney General for the state of California. I am beyond disappointed.
