Our experience with Cushion Kings was outstanding. We ordered custom cushions for our firepit area, bench and backs. From the time we reached out to them until delivery of the cushions, they were very helpful, friendly and delivered an amazing final product. We constantly get compliments on our custom cushions. I highly recommend Cushion Kings.
Placed and order and still haven’t heard of status of order. Called and it just do directly to voicemail. Orders over $2100 worth of items. Also emailed them and no response. Terrible service.
I paid in full for 2 sets of OW Lee cushion sets inSeptember of 2024. It was almost $7000. After multiple excuses and emails back and forth I have nothing to show for my money. I have asked for either the cushions or my money back multiple times and nothing. Buyer beware I’m not even sure this is a real company at this point.
Updated: I ordered cushions in early March and waited until the first week of June for the order, when promised 4-5 weeks for delivery. The customer service at this company is horrendous; they won't pick up the phone or respond to customer service emails. When they did respond, they gave me completely inaccurate information. I finally got a hold of Juan, the original salesperson who quoted the job and he was amazing, working very diligently to make sure I received my order.
