I paid in full for 2 sets of OW Lee cushion sets inSeptember of 2024. It was almost $7000. After multiple excuses and emails back and forth I have nothing to show for my money. I have asked for either the cushions or my money back multiple times and nothing. Buyer beware I’m not even sure this is a real company at this point.
Updated: I ordered cushions in early March and waited until the first week of June for the order, when promised 4-5 weeks for delivery. The customer service at this company is horrendous; they won't pick up the phone or respond to customer service emails. When they did respond, they gave me completely inaccurate information. Avoid Cushion Kings at All Costs – Unprofessional and Dishonest If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid Cushion Kings over $2,000 in full for custom outdoor cushions nine months ago, and I still have nothing to show for it—no cushions, no refund. Despite multiple written assurances that my cushions were “finished” and would be shipped “shortly,” nothing ever arrived. We ordered 1600.00 in custom cushions July of 2024 and still haven't received them. They have made many excuses and promises but now won't refund our money or return any calls. Sad to say the least. Update: After posting this review Cushion King reached out and apologized for not getting our order out. They shipped them to us within 5 days of review. The cushions that showed up were what we ordered and excellent quality. As I wasn't pleased how long it took to get these cushions, my wife is now happy which means I'm happy.
Read their yelp reviews - same bad experiences. Placed an order, was given a lead time range that came and went, and even after multiple followups they either didnt answer the question asked or most recently have decided not to respond at all. They charge a premium for their product, which i was willing to pay, but they do not deliver or provide any custom service whatsoever. Take your money else and don't waste your time.
