I ordered some replacement IKEA sofa cushions from this company a few months ago and was impressed with their friendly service, good prices and good communication from start to finish. I now have a completely renewed sofa which has refreshed the look of my living room, and most importantly somewhere much more comfortable to sit! Highly recommended.
Excellent service and product, transformed our tired patio cushions
We used the Cushion Guys to replace one of the cushions on our 5 year old IKEA sofa. I was impressed as there was some confusion over the size of cushion we needed, and I was able to send the cushion cover directly to the company to ensure it was correct. I was grateful for the time they took in making sure the cushion was what we needed! Once completed the cushion was sent directly and promptly to us - it is a huge improvement on the old/damaged one.
Excellent service from start to finish, great communications, swift service within agreed timescale and a truly perfect first class product. Customer service is second to none - highly recommend Cushion Guys.
