Cushion Factory provided very high quality custom made bench seat cushions for us which are fabulous. The customer service was exceptional from start to delivery with great communication and updates. The team are knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful and fantastic to work with. The workmanship is extremely good and they look amazing. Highly recommend.
I decided to go with the Cusion Factory because I wanted to support Australian made. The comunication with the company was excellent. I had no trouble explaining the project I was renovating and the assistant also gave me good advice and suggestions, the cusions, were also so made in a very resonable time and delivered safely and well packaged.
Great service from start to finish Highly recommend
The customer service was wonderful, the lady I spoke to talked me through how to take the measurements. The cushions arrived even before the expected delivery date. I love the finished product and would highly recommend this company
