Asked a question about a check written and the next day the ag loan officer(Sean) was chatting with a 3rd party about it. When the President was contacted he went on a tangent about no special treatment for customers. Very unprofessional, would not recommend. Then paid off a loan on a vehicle and they didn’t even have a clue where the title was.
