I ordered some furniture today at Cusacks Canberra. Damien, Sales Rep was extremely helpful, very honest in his opinion of what I should order, was patient and very professional. So was Cheryl, visited yesterday to enquire, genuine and ready to assist, well done to both of you, thank you.
Amazing experience with Alex to select a powered recliner. Very knowledgeable of the all the different brands and features, patient and courteous. We had been looking at Disability/Mobility stores but disappointed with the range they had on the floor and the, to us, poor quality in many cases. Alex helped us select a high quality IMG chair with all of the features we needed and at a great price.
Delighted with my new Nordic recliner from Cusack’s! A big thankyou to Alex who showed me a great range of models and explained the differences and options for upholstery etc. Excellent service all round.

Delivered damaged goods and now have no interest in replaceing damaged dresser , very unhappy..
