I have been working with April for a few years as we buy and sell a lot of properties. She has been INCREDIBLY helpful with some complex title issues, some of which have dragged out for a long time (not due to her). I don't generally love getting to interact with attorneys but she has been extremely communicative, knowledgable and fairly priced. I can't recommend her enough

Tina and April at Cusack Linscott Merck are nothing short of amazing. After I was getting the run around and being taken advantage of by other lawyers in the area… they stepped in and handled everything for me. Tina also reached out to one of the other law firms and I received a partial refund of a payment I had made. Losing someone is difficult but this office has helped navigate the laws and helped me through the process. I would highly recommend them.
