False advertising. Shoveling snow for one hour doesn't even burn 500 calories. Total gimmicks!
A great fitness center for women. I highly reccommend Curves to any women that wants to get into fitness. They have highly trained personal trainers there and always seem to have a great staff. Their 30 minute quick work out on circuit equipment is a great way to get in shape and stay healthy.
This facility has really awesome heart that drives the faculty into creating the best atmosphere for everyone who enters. They drive the business with love and compassion and the want to help everyone who comes in the door. It is a place where a woman can get the best benifits from the workout because the team makes sure everyone is working as hard and as correctly as possible. Curves offers support in numbers along with the support from the staff themselves.
I have not been there but to drop my better half off and she loves it and makes her feel great, and anything that does that for my girl is just ok for me. two thumbs up. your pal AL.
