Curves is great! Fun, simple, thorough workout with a group of friendly supportive women. Leah and her coaches are enthusiastic and celebrate our progress as we achieve our individual goals. I enjoy the new friendships and just plain fun. Getting fit and healthy while making new friends, having laughs, and making realistic progress to our fitness goals…what could be better!!! 5 stars!
