I really love this facility, the owner/coach is top notch and she has extended her hours so she really can serve the women who work, or simply need a place to work out where people (Men) cannot make you feel insecure! The Curves complete is an awesome program, and they constantly look for ways to step up your goals More than losing weight, I needed to increase my strength , Curves has helped with that.
