Nice enough people & quite good with design, but when it comes to executing projects they're not very good at all. A simple refurb of a studio apartment has so far taken 3 months & counting rather than 1 month as they'd promised. Also have poor attention to detail meaning I have to snag issues myself.
Left a message on website and they didn't respond
After moving into our dream house that needed a lot of restoration and modernisation, we felt unqualified and underprepared for the task. I can’t thank you enough for what an outstanding job you have done to my property - you were amazing to work with - you listened patiently to what it was I wanted the house to offer and you delivered it all and incorporated it in a trendy yet stylish design. Please avoid. We used them to redesign 2 rooms and it took forever. We had several issues with them and decided not to continue half way. They do not use reliable tradesmen aside one or two and simply Google the rest, which anyone could do themselves. They have endless meetings but are useless at the practical side of things. We still have issues with a fireplace that was installed but the owner has not got back to us on several occasions. Please please avoid this company
