Curves customer service has to be one of the best in the buisness! I've contacted Curve on 2 occasions for help on frame sizing and getting gear in the UK. On both occasions Rhino went above and beyond to answer my (many) questions and get me squared away! The Curve team clearly love what they do and the bikes they make. So stoked for my new GMX+ frameset to arrive!

Purchased a Ninja Mermaid KOS just over a year ago , bent and cracked the top tube and down tube the other day in a crash . Mentioned the sad occasion in a Curve owners group online. Within probably 3 hrs , Jimmy had responded with crash replacement options. As a result of the amazing customer service , I ended up ugrading to a GXR4 frameset that is already on the way to me . Will tell anyone that will listen , that Curve is amazing and couldnt do enough to get me back riding . Thank you to the whole team , Especially Jimmy
I didn't really use them but had puncture in the neighbourhood and they were super helpful. Lent I needed. If they treat paying clients as well as they treat freeloaders like me, the experience must be excellent. Beautiful bikes too!
Long time fan, now a long time advocate. Jimmy, Taylor and the crew have always given first class hospitality and help, including assisting with mechanical issues on my competing brand Ti bike without hesitation. 10/10 - I know my next bike will be a Curve
