My review has changed dramatically with the new owner/management. Workers are extremely helpful and go out of their way to help you find things. They give good information. Worth the Change to Ace Hardware, they have great selection, wide variety, and fun just to walk around in the store. Clean, well laid out. I have to avoid the BBQ area... Too much temptations.
Somehow an order for my HVAC filters was not processed.... one might think that this was a big deal however Cindy came to the rescue today so quickly and efficiently and my filters will be in on Wednesday. Thank you, Cindy, you were wonderful!
Came in to get a key cut for my car as I have done at other stores in the area- was informed by management they would not do it unless I purchased the key at that store. All profit for them, just need a little Help from “the helpful place” off to Kingsport or Greeneville for service… sad day… UPDATE… I went over to Gray Station Hardware, they took great care of me, and the key works!
Excellent selection, friendly employees and clean.
