As a buyer of a FL residence, I engaged Shenkman & Shenkman because I sought a lawyer owned title company because I was not represented by a broker in the transaction. Curtis Shenkman outperformed expectations, e.g. he was most helpful in assisting in post contract negotiations and introduced me to an architect who had improved and lived in a house similar to the one I purchased.
