Worst Tax Experience This office both missed thousands of dollars on our returns AND took ZERO personal responsibility for their mistakes. They were beyond rude in their dealings and I can’t believe how this type of customer service could be acceptable to anyone.
I had experience with Curtis Roberston's office secondarily through my step-mother who used his accounting services in his office in the Rogue Valley Manor. In all my dealings with the office I found both himself and his staff to not be forthcoming or helpful. It was very difficult to actually reach anyone in the office - calls usually going directly to voice mail. Messages requesting a call back were not responded to in a timely manner if ever. Worst Tax Experience Unfortunately for us, we decided to have our taxes done with Mr. Robertson’s office for 2014 and 2015. Our experience for 2014 was OK, there was no personal interview like our previous experiences and when we asked if we were getting the maximum amount for our return they just looked at us strangely and asked us to sign.
