Rude team in the window and siding departments they are all miserable. Paint department should teach the men in the construction department how to treat their people!

My sister bought a sliding glass door from Curtis Lumber and tried to have the install done with a contractor they recommended. I say "tried" because almost 4 months later the install is still not finished, it looks like a mess and cold air enters the house because of gaps around the door and lack of insulation. The interior trim was never put back on! I arrived this morning to purchase 17 pieces of primed base shoe molding. The sales associate had no idea that they’re all 16 foot lengths. She had to ask for a manager cause she thought they were random lengths and then when I arrived in the warehouse to pick the molding up, the two people that helped me were completely incapable of using shrink wrap to wrap it.
