I arrived this morning to purchase 17 pieces of primed base shoe molding. The sales associate had no idea that they’re all 16 foot lengths. She had to ask for a manager cause she thought they were random lengths and then when I arrived in the warehouse to pick the molding up, the two people that helped me were completely incapable of using shrink wrap to wrap it.
