At first I was frustrated at not meeting to discuss my situation with my attorney. But the speed at which things were submitted and processed made it clear that it wasn’t necessary. I enjoyed talking with Heather on my visits to drop things off or sign documents. She is a true gem of a person; warm and caring with a great sense of humor. I called the office to leave a message with the receptionist and emailed my attorney (Jeff Landon) on a Tuesday, to let them know that I had to meet the seller on a Friday, and that I needed advice before then. Attorney emails back Friday morning while I’m already at the appointment without representation, then send me a bill for pulling up all my information and sending me the email, even though he was told in advance that the meeting was Friday and he should have contacted me back Wednesday or Thursday.
