We had an ongoing civil litigation with a home builder, this builder failed to commence the project on the start date, also never pounded one nail nor made any improvements by the finish date, after several attempts to get back on track with the builder, we all agreed to part ways! The story not turns very bad for us as this builder and his attorneys filed Contractors Liens, Order were requested to the Court to sell our property, his Attorneys strong armed us with threats of huge attorney fees and on and on for a couple of y... read more
