Drivers cant even show up on time
I have not used this service, however I did encounter one of your car (car#174,) and driver on rte 95 north on Thurs May 28th. They were driving very recklessly and weaving in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed putting myself and numerous other drivers in jeopardy. Perhaps you should have a chat with this particular driver since he is putting your companies reputation In question
Canceled a round trip pickup to a one way, 3-days in advance, they still charged for the round trip price
Driver 610 proceeded to cut me off and then blow through a red light a few minutes later. I have seen multiple other drivers from this company and they all seem to be lacking driving skills.
