Bed policy
Came here with my family twice. We really liked the curtains and the woman who helped us!! She was super sweet! The 2 stars here are for her service:) The owner however was a jerk, he was clearly too busy to handle the work load and I felt like he was just pushing us to buy or get out of his face. He didn't have the product knowledge and when I asked a question he said "it sounds like you're buying this for someone else? You know you can't return right?" My mother and I went in yesterday to purchase new curtains and Carmella's customer service was beyond amazing! Highly recommend this store and working with Carmella.
Store is nice enough with various sales but it they don’t take exchanges or returns - just note that.
