Came here with my family twice. We really liked the curtains and the woman who helped us!! She was super sweet! The 2 stars here are for her service:) The owner however was a jerk, he was clearly too busy to handle the work load and I felt like he was just pushing us to buy or get out of his face. He didn't have the product knowledge and when I asked a question he said "it sounds like you're buying this for someone else? You know you can't return right?" Store is nice enough with various sales but it they don’t take exchanges or returns - just note that.
I have just purchased 5 rooms of blinds from Steve. I have been so pleased with my purchase and my service. The whole process was very fast and very easy. The installer Joe really knows what he is doing and they stand behind their work. Also Graybar gives you a lifetime guarantee. All kinds of quality window treatments are costly. If you buy garbage they will not last. I haven't been happier with a purchase
