Sadly I cannot recommend this company. I chased after waiting several weeks longer than the original advised time - during which I got zero updates. I got a reply with a date, but it arrived the day after that. When I tried to fit it the mechanism for the chain was not working and I had to reassemble the inside before it worked (and the catch to attach the chain was also the wrong way round). We used them to make six bespoke roman blinds for four different rooms and each one was exceptional. The communication, quality and turn around time was outstanding. I could not recommend them more highly.
Delivered in good time, however there are no guide/info on how to put the part together
