Had them fix my bumper, on August 6th and they felt a need to change my driver floor mat placement. Thanks to the newly shifted mat over my gas pedal, I nearly got into an accident in the parking lot because it lodged the gas down. I came within feet of hitting a car with my runaway throttle. I strongly recommend that your technicians be more mindful of floor mat placement in the future. & they scratched my steering wheel
Curry did a a terrible job with body work on a vehicle for me Some of the problems: - Rear left and right tail lamp covers replaced - right rear tail lamp cover has a large gap between the body and the tail lamp cover assembly. This gap is NOT present on the left side and also was NOT present with the previous tail lamp cover in the right rear before replacement - The lower bumper, has paint chipping off of the bumper - There are some horrible looking gaps in the trim and bumper. I meant to write this a few months ago. Ray Loftus was so nice to work with. We live in a time where customer service is dwindling, but not with Ray- he did it all. He had a folder with my info clearly organized, and promptly pulled it out to answer all my questions, he helped me with a rental and explained what they were going to do. Easily the best and least stressful auto repair experience I've ever had. Thank you Ray, I appreciate it!
