ignorant employees on the phone. they do not call, text, or email when youll be shut off. also they will not send you a bill re-print. my bill did not come in the mail and they disconnected with no notification. when i asked to re-mail it they said they cant because a 3rd party send its. they have no customer service and there is no way to view your bill break down online in pdf. zero help just a rip off to charge extra fees.
