While Tracey was on vacation I called to discuss my bill. I was yelled at by Dorean and when she wouldn't let me talk to someone else I called back and talked to Dorey (sp) anyone she was polite enough but thought that Dorean was just being a little loud. I feel if she didn't work with her she would have told the truth.
