The doctors are great, but they consistently run behind schedule, afternoon appointments often mean waiting around 45 to 69 minutes, they have never been on time. They refuse to call or contact their clients if they're running behind. The receptionist can also be quite snappy and rude, so avoid asking her questions.
Went to thier website which says $100 for Saturday appointment. I called up and they then said it’s $140. I said but your website says $100. They said they wouldn’t honour the price event though they have it clearly listed on the website.
My wife saw Dr Saad Qamar today and he was excellent. He was very professional, very informative and saving the images is a brilliant idea, we could compare with a visit several years ago. I would definitely recommend.
I highly recommend this Clinic. I phoned yo make an appointment & was spoken to by the receptionist Melissa in a professional, helpful & friendly manner. Dr Qamar was very professional & reassuring & explained the procedures if required. I left the clinic feeling much happier than when I arrived due to my worrying. I will be recommending this clinic to all my friends & family as it is first class.
Dr John Cawley is very thorough, professional and kind. We would highly recommend a visit to be re-assured
