The information and guest instructors are EXCELLENT, but the courses are way too long! Most of what they cover could be condensed into 1/3 of the time. I also purchased several classes and had to contact their customer service dept. to get access to them. More than once! Very annoying. The lady who is the moderator might consider voice coaching. She is very difficult to listen to. I usually turn off the volume when she talks.
