I've purchased from this store before multiple times and it has always been an exceptional 5-star experience. The 3-stars this time was due to a lessoned customer experience but I understand a significant part of this can be attributed to the challenges of COVID, which is just unfortunate. Thanks Wayne for your time in sorting this all out. I would shop again. The products have always been beautiful, well made and stand the test of time.
This is a strange business. The furniture and decor is absolutely beautiful and of gorgeous quality (5 stars). The responsiveness when you are enquiring about purchasing, invoicing, and payment for goods is very quick. But my experience is, as soon as the sale is made, the tone changes dramatically to irritated, abrupt and defensive, and communication gets difficult. Absolutely disappointing with non existing customer service. Have been waiting for a refund for a product which they can not provide to me since 5 August and now is 3 September. Customer complains are not responding to my emails. They are not only breaching Consumer Law but also showing a failure to exercise they refund obligation.
