My family and I had our first encounter with Curio Spice Co. at a sampling event at Mahoney's in Winchester. We approached the booth with the innocent enthusiasm of people who enjoy flavor. Little did we know we were about to meet the Fort Knox of seasonings. The Curio representative stood guard over a tray of what appeared to be cheese and spiced apple samples. To preface, I visited the Boston Market Location. I dropped by the market to pick up a few things for some friends that were in town (07/11) around 5:00p. Holy Gen Z experience, I’d imagine the company wants there workers to be present when a guest arrives and is browsing around the area. I’d also imagine that maybe the employee would look up from there computer and acknowledge that someone is visiting them. Specialty, high quality spices, as it turns out, aren't really of too much interest to me. However, if you are looking for unique and high quality spices, this is an excellent place to get them! They have a wide selection and friendly staff, as well as a few cute non-edible products which could make nice (sometimes functional) decor and/or gifts.

I used to live close by and loved this shop - I just started getting the spice subscription and it is WONDERFUL! Such a treat.
