Had trouble finding the correct quartz sleeve for my home filter. Called them up, got through to someone in less than 10 seconds and they found the exact piece I needed. Have also ordered several bulbs from them in the past. Thank you guys!
CureUV was not only professional, patient and quick with theirs replies / response, they are also cheaper than any OEM. What little cost there may be for shipping your original bulb will pay for itself many times over in cost savings!
I ordered a bulb on Nov 30, '25. It made it to Greensboro USPS then stopped. On Dec 14 I emailed them. When I hadn't heard from them by the 16th, I called. Within 2 mins I had received an email showing a replacement was ordered. Less than a week later it arrived. Along with the original.
