I ordered a bulb on Nov 30, '25. It made it to Greensboro USPS then stopped. On Dec 14 I emailed them. When I hadn't heard from them by the 16th, I called. Within 2 mins I had received an email showing a replacement was ordered. Less than a week later it arrived. Along with the original. we need more businesses like these. The level of expertise is top notch, their kindness and helpfulness is off the charts. i dealt with 2 different people there. I think one is the owner. but both were so eager to help, patient, understanding and knowledgeable. Beautiful experience. My only go to place with anything to do with UV. Thanks.

Exceptional experience dealing with CureUV.com. I found them online while looking for UV curing equipment, as our traditional machine was starting to fail. I'm impressed! In a time when good customer service seems hard to find, CureUV.com really stands out. Even though I'm just a regular homeowner, they treated me with the same respect as they would a large industrial client. I had an issue with an older UV product that had served me well for years, and when I reached out, their customer service team personally called me at home and offered a win-win solution. I'll definitely be doing business with them again!
