I'm impressed! In a time when good customer service seems hard to find, CureUV.com really stands out. Even though I'm just a regular homeowner, they treated me with the same respect as they would a large industrial client. I had an issue with an older UV product that had served me well for years, and when I reached out, their customer service team personally called me at home and offered a win-win solution. I'll definitely be doing business with them again!
We had an issue with a bulb we had purchased from CureUV. We reached out to them, they took care of it immediately, and we had a new bulb as soon as UPS could get it to us. EXCELLENT customer service, and the bulbs work very well too!
