We had a boiler installed for my parents on behalf of the council. One of those "done in a day" jobs. In 3 years, I've had to call out the engineer 3 times to fix problems with it under warranty. Another gas engineer we use for routine servicing said that the CH system should have been flushed before the new boiler was installed. It should have also had a magna filter installed too.
