My wife talked me into trying my first sauna. (Infra red) Really lovely team at Cure Recovery who made us feel welcome. Sugeested starting at 30mins 60 degrees and take a break (there are cold showers) halfway if needed. Made the full 30 and felt great afterwards. Went down to the beach for a swim in the waves after a great experience and will definitely try a sauna again. The Cure Recovery sauna comfortably fits two, so my wife was with me as my support and some one to chat too.
Holidaying in Coolangatta, stumbled across Cure Recovery. Popped in for a 30 min infra red sauna. The premises are clean, fresh and modern. Reception crew very helpful and pleasant on booking in person at desk. Sauna was great. Would like to try the compression therapy next! Parking at front of building on Griffith St, might be a bit right, so check 1 street back also. Will visit again. Thank you to the team at Cure Recovery.
