Favorite sauna experience I’ve ever had, the surroundings on the farm are beautiful! The sauna is hot, the showers are right on the outside of the sauna making it really easy to rinse and then get into the cold plunge!
This was by far one of the best experiences I have had in my life. It was my first time doing sauna/cold plunge therapy and it’s safe to say I will be adding this to my daily routine. What made the experience so special was the beautiful environment of being on an organic farm which really allowed you to immerse yourself in the benefits of hot/cold therapy.
