Horrible experience with John for the closing on my home sale. John was a half hour late to arrive, walks in and gives zero apologies. Only thing he said was "well most people take the day off". Zero professionalism, customer service or empathy. I attempted to ask a few questions and was abruptly cut off with short "ask someone else I dont have time for you answers".
