I mainly shop at the Sarasota University store because of the convenient drive-thru and the unbelievably knowledgeable and friendly staff there's not many shops that you can actually call and speak to a human which is wonderful and the staff is amazing and I really pray that they get paid well because they know what they're talking about and they have compassion you got a great crew at all of the stores. Teddy is friendly and knowledgeable and makes it a pleasure to shop at the University location.
The store manager Mykal Judkins was very disrespectful handling my issue. Mykal refused to honor a curaleaf policy and proceeded to tell me why I was unsatisfied with the product. Curaleaf clearly states if you’re unsatisfied with any product you can bring it back with receipt and original packaging. Mykal also refused to allow me to call customer service in the store and threaten to call the cops if I didn’t leave. All this over an $8 pre roll which price is misprinted on the website.
