Josh was very helpful with the new system.
Painfully slow. Every time. Plan on a minimum 15-20 minute visit, even when its slow, even if you bothered to place an order ahead of time. Now instead of having you wait in the waiting room with couches, chairs, and benches, they send you into the back room to stand in line while JoeSchmo browses the catalog. It seems that they have updated to a new system once again, which seems to slow things down even more. When you're the only shop in town, inefficiency doesnt exactly detract from business. Le sigh.
Frustrating experience. Salesperson sold me too strong of a gummy. Staff was unable to exchange it. Staff was super helpful and apologetic.
Staff is always polite and friendly. I wish the prices would stop going up though…
The system always seems to be not working correctly. I waited in the new “mobile order” line for 10 minutes until the staff made it through 1 customer of the 6 ahead of me. Stop decorating for holidays and put some effort into your terrible POS system. Also would be smart to hire some people that don’t work like snails. Overall the kush is good the store sucks!
