The second cart stopped working half way through last week..stopped in the store on a costco trip expecting a partial credit- maybe $12.50 towards a repurchase...I was informed that their retun policy is 7 days from purchase with a reciept...I had the reciept and the packaging and the manager would do only a 10 percent discount off a purchase today $2.50 on a $25 cart. they really don't care about the customer or the quality of their product.
