I am very upset that no one ever told me my points would expire after a certain period of time because I had hundreds of dollars of loyalty points. They need to learn to communicate to their customers better because this is a good way to lose customers who has spent a lot of money in their store! I need to speak to someone in corporate about this because it's absolutely unfair! However Jake who helped me was great!
The people here were super kind and helpful and made me feel totally welcomed. Asia helped me check out and we had an awesome conversation. Absolutely loved her. 100% will come back here, loved all the workers I got to see and the entire vibe of the place!
