Poor customer service. Every time I come here and not DuBois, the workers are annoyed you enter the building. Annoyed they have to wait on you or answer questions. I had a return/exchange today for a leaky cartridge and they didn’t speak to me at all during the transaction. They weren’t even talkative or nice last time I was in. But, you have to return to the same location for a return. Barely would help me with my pulsar battery issue, or who to call/contact.
